- Numerous instances of serving as counsel to out-of-state parties transacting business in Texas, as local counsel to client’s non-Texas counsel, but typically as client’s sole legal counsel. Including entity formation and qualification to do business, contract negotiation, borrower representation, mortgage lending opinions, purchase and sale of income-producing properties.
